After thorough evaluation, it was determined that continuing to operate is no longer feasible.

Inspections
No workplace is free of hazards, even after occupational safety measures have been put in place. Equipment use, changing work conditions and other variables mean that in order to have the safest workplace possible, you need to inspect early and often.
The Basics and Benefits
This workshop will teach you to plan and conduct investigations based on industry best
practice. A good inspection will identify hazards and recommend ways to control and
prevent incidents.
After completing this course, you will:
- Understand the importance of inspections
- Know the different types of inspections
- Know how to plan, conduct and follow up on a formal inspection
- Be able to write effective recommendations based on the finds of your inspection
- Understanding inspections will help you focus on changes in the workplace and control
hazards before they can cause harm.
